1.
Bookings are available only to registered community families or business members.
2.
The security deposit must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
3.
The security deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
4.
Rent and 18% GST must be paid in full before check-in.
5.
Fire hazards and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the hall.
6.
The cost of any damage to hall property will be deducted from the security deposit.
7.
The booker is responsible for cleaning the hall after the event. Additional cleaning charges may apply.
8.
Noise must be kept within permitted levels until 10 PM. Loud music or speakers are prohibited afterward.
9.
External catering is allowed, but kitchen use must be arranged in advance.
10.
Capacity is limited to 500 people in the Main Hall and 50 people in the Small Hall.
11.
Double parking is prohibited. Vehicles must be parked only in designated spaces.
12.
Future bookings may be refused if community rules are not followed.
